Our Public Sauna Sessions are mixed sessions, open to all, and can be booked, per person, on an hourly basis. There are 8 spaces in total.

In one of our Private Sauna Sessions, book the entire sauna space out for yourself or for your group.
Great for couples, to take some tech free time out to connect and relax in the sauna together.
Great for teams, as a fun and healthy bonding experience or to aid muscle recovery.
Great for groups of friends, birthday celebrations or just to catch up. Experience the joy of a wild sauna and sea dook together.
And so much fun for families (over 16’s only) to enjoy being present and in the moment together. Make those memories.
If you would like to book a Private session to run your workshop or event idea then that also works. We have provided the space and heat for many combos with much success. Feel free to email in you have anything you would like to discuss.
A private session can include up to 8 individuals unless agreed otherwise by email.
